B. Usage speaking

CMM can measure mold products, electronic products, communications, automobiles and so on. It has been widely used in aerospace, automotive, electronics, mold and other industries.

- With points (including plane points and space points), straight lines, planes, circles, ellipses, rectangles, cones, cylinders, rings, balls, keyways, curves, surfaces and other measurement functions, you can also use the measurement program to automatically measure suitable parts.

- Can calculate the interrelations between basic geometric elements: distance, center, intersection, projection, Angle, etc.
- Can calculate the form and position error: straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, parallelism, perpendicularity, symmetry, concentricity, coaxial, end runout, radial runout, full runout, etc. It's very versatile.

 

The profiler can measure the roughness and shape parameters of various precision machined parts. The circular arc and straight line are evaluated by fitting method. Arc radius, straightness, crown, slot distance, dip Angle, vertical distance, horizontal distance, step and other shape parameters can be measured. The instrument can also test the surface roughness of various parts. It can detect the roughness of plane, inclined surface, outer cylinder surface, inner hole surface, deep groove surface, arc surface and spherical surface to realize multi-parameter measurement.
