  • VIONiC uses the latest subdivided algorithms and signal processing technology to achieve Sub-Dividional Error of <±15nm. Low electronic subdivision error (SDE) equates to low velocity ripple, which is important for constant velocity applications such as scanning measurement systems.
  • The scale system adopts a new generation of 20um pitch RTLC with FASTRACK rail system, which greatly improves the accuracy of the scale itself compared with the conventional 40um scale. The scale ruler is made of steel material, which reduces the impact of environmental oil and dust attachments on the measurement.
  1. High rigidity porous spherical preload air bearing
