Maintenance Knowledge for Coordinate Measuring Machine During Holidays.

1. Items needed to wipe the machine: lint-free paper or lint-free cloth, anhydrous ethanol (99.7%); For the guide rail surface and granite countertop, a small amount of anhydrous ethanol can be poured onto lint-free paper for wiping. Do not pour the ethanol directly onto the guide rail or countertop. The appearance of the machine (outer cover, column) can be wiped with clean water. The grating ruler can be gently wiped directly with lint-free paper without the need for solvents. When wiping, do it in one direction and do not wipe back and forth.

2. When opening the air pressure valve, observe whether the air pressure has reached 0.45Mp(different machines require different pressures). Observe whether there is water or oil in the three-piece filter cup. If there is a small amount, it can be discharged by rotating the bottom knob. If there is a large amount of water or oil, the condition of the air compressor should be checked immediately, and a freeze dryer and a pre-filter device should be added.

3. The external power supply is required to be 220V+10V, 50±1Hz. The voltage and current must be stable and reliably grounded. It is recOmmended that the equipment adopt an independent circuit. It is recommended to install a UPS and a voltage stabilizer to ensure the stability of voltage.

4. Before using the equipment, the air conditioner should be turned on for at least two hours to maintain a constant temperature and keep the room temperature within the specified range (20+2)℃. Before the workpiece is inspected, it must be placed in the measurement room to maintain a constant temperature. Only when the temperature of the workpiece reaches that of the measurement room can the inspection be carried out. The measurement room should be kept clean and tidy. When entering or leaving the measurement room, shoes should be changed or shoe covers should be used to ensure that there is no dust in the measurement room.

5. The computer of the three-coordinate measuring machine is specifically designed for measurement. It is recommended not to install other large-scale Software (such as UG/PRO/E, etc.) on this computer. Do not use USB flash drives at will on this computer to avoid virus infection. Make a good system backup (Ghost); Clean up the files regularly.
