Function principle

Briefly, the CMM is a measuring device that has a guiding mechanism, length measuring element, digital display device in three vertical directions, a workbench that can place the workpiece (large and large do not necessarily have), the probe can be moved to the measured point by manual or mobile way, and the coordinate value of the measured point is displayed by the reading device and digital display device. This is obviously the simplest and most primitive measuring machine. With this measuring machine, the coordinate value at any point in the measuring volume can be displayed by the reading device and the digital display device.

 

The sampling and signaling device of the measuring machine is the probe, which is equipped with a grating ruler and a reading head in the direction along the three axes X, Y and Z. The measuring process is that when the probe contacts the workpiece and sends out the sampling point signal, the control system collects the coordinate value of the current three-axis coordinate relative to the origin of the machine tool, and then the computer system processes the data.

Performance characteristics

1.X beam: Adopt precision rectangular beam technology.

2.Y guide rail: The unique direct machining of the overall dovetail groove positioning structure on the work table.

3.Guide way: four-sided encircling hydrostatic air floating way composed of self-cleaning preloaded high-precision air bearings.

4. Drive system: Using the high-performance DC servo motor, flexible synchronous gear belt transmission device, each shaft is limited and electronic control, faster transmission, better motion performance.

5. Z-axis: adjustable pneumatic balancing device, improve the positioning accuracy of Z-axis.

6. Control system: imported dual computer three-coordinate special control system.

7. Machine system: computer-aided 3D error correction technology (CAA) is adopted to ensure the long-term stability and high precision of the system.

8. Measurement software: The 3D-DMIS measurement software package is adopted, with perfect measurement function and online function.
